syp77 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the syp77 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at https://syp77.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet credit, or cashback allocated to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, or systemic internet outages.

To open an Account and use the syp77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. syp77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Where doubt exists regarding a user's age, syp77 reserves the right to request certified proof of age before processing any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of syp77 or any of its affiliated companies, software suppliers, or licensed game studios.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under court-ordered guardianship or with a legally recognized incapacity to contract are not eligible to register.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from syp77 or have an existing Account, whether active or suspended.

When registering an Account on syp77, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if any details change. Specifically, you agree to the following:

• You may hold only one Account per individual. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across all accounts.
• The registration email address you provide must be valid and accessible; important platform communications, including transaction confirmations and security alerts, will be sent to that address.
• Your chosen username and password must be kept strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account credentials. syp77 assumes no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
• Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is prohibited.
• syp77 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an Account at its reasonable discretion, including where required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

syp77 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and may request verification at any time in accordance with our anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. The following documents may be required:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or passport — clear photographs of both front and back.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your registered residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document alongside a hand-written note bearing today's date and the syp77 platform name.
• Payment method confirmation: Where funds have been deposited via a specific bank account or e-wallet, syp77 may request a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of that payment method.

KYC submissions are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.

5.1 Deposits: syp77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals: All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable for withdrawals or syp77 approves an alternative method in writing. Processing times range from two (2) hours to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the payment method and your VIP tier.

5.3 Fees: syp77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, over which syp77 has no control.

5.4 Currency: All transactions on syp77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, subject to the payment provider's conversion fees.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Unusual deposit patterns or suspicious activity may trigger an AML review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

syp77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to all verified Players aged 21+ who meet the promotion's specific eligibility criteria. Each Player may claim each bonus promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, as specified in the promotion's terms. Only real-money wagers on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Different game types contribute different percentages: slots (100%), live casino (10%), sports betting (varies by market).
3. Maximum Bet Limit: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin or per round is capped at Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, unless stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any related winnings.
4. Expiration: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from issuance).
5. Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals requested before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
6. Bonus Abuse: syp77 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings where we determine in our reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, collusion, matched betting, or exploiting software errors to meet wagering requirements unfairly.

7.1 Sports Betting: All sports bets are governed by the official rules of the sport in question and the specific rules published for each market. In the event of a discrepancy between published odds and settlement, syp77 will investigate and settle bets according to the correct outcome as determined by official league or federation sources.

7.2 Casino Games: All slot machines, table games, and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical gaming equipment audited by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information page and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

7.3 Lottery Markets (Togel): All togel markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau) settle based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. In the rare event of a disputed or cancelled official draw, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Live Betting: Odds and markets for live in-play betting are updated in real time based on match developments. syp77 reserves the right to suspend or close markets during periods of significant action or suspected integrity issues.

7.5 Voided Bets: A bet may be voided and stakes returned in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, postponed or cancelled events (unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules), or where the result cannot be verified through official sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the syp77 Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in syndicate betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or other forms of risk-free betting designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen payment cards, unauthorized payment methods, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing syp77 staff or other Players.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds held (including deposits, if fraud is proven), and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials displayed on the syp77 Platform are the intellectual property of syp77 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from syp77.

syp77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

syp77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

syp77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and is not liable for any losses caused by Force Majeure events, third-party service provider failures, telecommunications outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

12.1 Suspension: syp77 may suspend your Account temporarily for investigation purposes where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where KYC documents are outstanding, or where suspicious activity is detected.

12.2 Termination by syp77: We reserve the right to terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) you breach any material term of these Terms; (b) you engage in prohibited conduct; (c) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (d) we determine in our reasonable discretion that continued provision of services to you poses unacceptable legal, compliance, or reputational risk.

12.3 Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited.

12.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact syp77 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

syp77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
